A straightforward, free and transparent downloader.
baixarvideos.online is maintained by William do Carmo, an independent developer based in Portugal. It was built to solve one simple task without accounts, advertising or software installation.
Why it exists
Many download tools hide their main function behind redirects, extensions or paid plans. This project keeps the path short: paste a public address, choose a format and receive the file.
The service is free and intended for legitimate uses such as saving your own material, authorised content or media published under a compatible licence.
How it works
The React interface sends a request to a Node.js API. An isolated queue hands the task to a worker that uses yt-dlp and ffmpeg to prepare MP4, MP3, clips or playlists within explicit duration, size and capacity limits.
Platform requests travel through a VPN pool for operational stability. Generated files use temporary storage and are deleted after a successful transfer or when they reach ten minutes.
Privacy and independence
There are no user accounts or public profiles. Interface history stays in the browser. External analytics are optional and load only after consent.
baixarvideos.online is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or Vimeo. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Accountability
