DMCA and takedown requests
The service keeps no public media library: files are created on request and quickly deleted. Rights holders may nevertheless request technical blocking of URLs or content.
How to submit a notice
Email contato@baixarvideos.online with “Takedown request” in the subject. Give your name and contact details, identify the protected work, provide the exact source-platform URL and explain your relationship to the rights claimed.
Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised and that the information is accurate. If acting for another person or company, state your authority to represent them.
What happens next
Receipt will be acknowledged, the information reviewed and clarification requested when necessary. A credible claim may lead to technical blocking of the address while review is completed.
Because generated files expire within ten minutes, there is normally no persistent copy to remove. Blocking aims to prevent new processing of the identified address.
Counter-notices and misuse
A block may be reviewed if a user demonstrates authorisation or mistaken identification. False or abusive claims can harm others; submit complete notices in good faith.
