Service rules
Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026. By using the service you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not submit links or start downloads.
1. Permitted use
Use the service only for content you created or own, content you are authorised or licensed to reuse, or material the source platform permits you to download. The service grants no rights in a work and does not replace the owner’s permission.
2. Copyright and platform rules
Downloading third-party protected material may infringe copyright and the source platform’s Terms of Service. Contractual platform rules may prohibit downloads even where a private-copy exception is arguable or available. You must check both before using the tool.
Do not republish, sell, monetise or redistribute third-party material without permission or another valid legal basis.
3. Prohibited content and access
Do not attempt to access private, login-protected, subscription, paywalled, DRM-protected or region-restricted material. Do not use the service for illegal, exploitative or abusive content or to violate third-party rights.
4. Acceptable technical use
Do not automate requests, evade limits, interfere with the queue, obtain another user’s tokens or overload infrastructure. Defaults are five downloads per hour and ten per minute per IP and may change to protect availability.
5. Temporary, independent service
Files are generated on demand and deleted after transfer or within ten minutes. The service keeps no public video library and is not affiliated with the named platforms.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Platforms may change, block requests or remove content. Continuous availability, format, quality and success are not guaranteed.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for misuse, infringements by a user, data loss or indirect damage. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
7. Suspension, takedown and changes
Abusive use may be rejected or suspended. The operator responds to rights-holder notices and may change features or limits. Material changes to these terms will carry a new date.
8. Law and contact
The service is operated from Portugal. Portuguese law and any mandatory rules applicable to the user govern these terms. Questions and notices: contato@baixarvideos.online.
